These Maintenance Service Terms (“Terms”) govern all maintenance, inspection, and support services provided by ONSOLAR INC., a Delaware corporation (“ONSOLAR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with ONSOLAR solar energy systems.
By requesting or accepting maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY
ONSOLAR maintenance services are available exclusively for ONSOLAR-branded solar energy systems installed through authorized distributors, certified installers, or approved partners.
ONSOLAR reserves the right to verify system eligibility prior to service approval.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
ONSOLAR provides professional on-site maintenance services which may include:
System inspection
Performance evaluation
Electrical diagnostics
Inverter functionality checks
Battery system assessment
Safety verification
Preventive maintenance procedures
Service report issuance
Services are performed by authorized ONSOLAR technicians or approved service partners.
3. SERVICE FEE
The standard maintenance service fee is a fixed amount of USD $600 per service visit.
This fee applies per completed service appointment and is not dependent on system size, location, or service duration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. SERVICE PROCESS
All maintenance services follow a structured process:
The customer requests a maintenance service.
ONSOLAR schedules and confirms the service appointment.
An authorized technician performs the maintenance service on-site.
Upon completion, the customer reviews the service and signs a service completion report confirming satisfactory execution.
After confirmation, ONSOLAR issues an invoice and processes payment through its billing department.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for maintenance services is processed only after service completion and customer confirmation.
By requesting a service, the customer authorizes ONSOLAR to issue an invoice and process payment following successful completion and acceptance of the service.
6. CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION
A signed service completion report by the customer (or authorized representative) is required to confirm that the service has been properly performed.
This confirmation serves as authorization for billing and payment processing.
7. LIMITATION OF SERVICE
ONSOLAR is not responsible for:
Pre-existing system failures or defects
Improper installation by third parties
Unauthorized modifications to the system
External electrical grid issues
Environmental damage or force majeure events
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Maintenance services are currently available only within the United States and may be subject to technician availability and scheduling constraints.
ONSOLAR reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based on operational capacity and system eligibility.
9. NO CONTINUOUS SERVICE CONTRACT
Maintenance services are provided on a per-visit basis only.
ONSOLAR does not offer recurring maintenance contracts or subscription-based service plans unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
10. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONSOLAR INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision or use of maintenance services.
Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
