This fee applies per completed service appointment and is not dependent on system size, location, or service duration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. SERVICE PROCESS

All maintenance services follow a structured process:

  1. The customer requests a maintenance service.

  2. ONSOLAR schedules and confirms the service appointment.

  3. An authorized technician performs the maintenance service on-site.

Payment for maintenance services is processed only after service completion and customer confirmation.

By requesting a service, the customer authorizes ONSOLAR to issue an invoice and process payment following successful completion and acceptance of the service.

6. CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION

A signed service completion report by the customer (or authorized representative) is required to confirm that the service has been properly performed.
