REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from ONSOLAR INC., a Delaware corporation (“ONSOLAR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including solar modules, inverters, energy storage systems, and related products.

By placing an order with ONSOLAR, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales of ONSOLAR products are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by ONSOLAR INC.

Due to the nature of industrial solar equipment and B2B transactions, returns are strictly limited and subject to approval.


2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective upon delivery

  • The product does not match the agreed order specification

  • Damage occurred during verified shipping under ONSOLAR logistics control

  • A return authorization has been issued by ONSOLAR in writing

All return requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and must include supporting documentation.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or specially ordered products

  • Installed or commissioned systems

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use

  • Products altered, modified, or tampered with after delivery

  • Orders that do not meet return authorization requirements


4. DISTRIBUTOR AND BULK ORDERS

All distributor, wholesale, and bulk orders (including minimum order requirements such as $10,000 USD or more) are strictly non-refundable once production, processing, or shipment has begun.

ONSOLAR does not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.


5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS

All returns must be pre-approved by ONSOLAR INC.

To request a return:

  1. Contact ONSOLAR support with order details.

  2. Provide documentation of the issue (photos, reports, serial numbers).

  3. Await written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  4. Ship the product only after RMA approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

ONSOLAR reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests

  • Repair or replace defective products

  • Offer replacement units instead of refunds


7. SHIPPING COSTS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Risk of loss during return shipment remains with the sender


8. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved by ONSOLAR:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions

  • Partial refunds may apply depending on product condition or usage


9. FORCE MAJEURE

ONSOLAR shall not be liable for delays, damages, or inability to process returns caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.
